During London Cocktail Week the Pisco Bar at LIMA Fitzrovia’s little sister, LIMA Floral, will host the Pisco Punch Bar in partnership with Difford’s Guide and the Peru Trade & Investment Office. For five nights only, from Monday 6th until Friday 10th October 2014, cocktail expert Simon Difford will be showcasing the best of Peru’s national spirit, Pisco.
Each evening, from 6pm to 11pm, the Difford’s Guide crew will be shaking up delicious Pisco Punch cocktails at LIMA Floral. The Pisco Punch will include a unique Peruvian Pisco blend, pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice and clove, topped up with champagne. LIMA Floral’s existing cocktail list will be also available from the LIMA Floral team under resident mixologist, Damiano Barbato.
Influenced by Peru, Pisco features heavily in innovative drinks. In addition LIMA Floral will offer several varieties of Pisco for tasting during the pop-up, including Italia, Torontel, Acholado and Quebranta.
The LIMA Floral bar menu of Peruvian small plates, known as ‘piqueos’, will be on offer for those looking for a light bite with their cocktails. Robert Ortiz, executive chef, has designed a menu of ceviches and tostadas to compliment the drinks.
LIMA Floral is open from 5:30pm-10:45pm during London Cocktail Week, and is located at 14 Garrick Street, London, WC2E 9BJ.
