A spring breeze is blowing through Harry Winston. Novel colour combinations and fresh design elements are captivating a new generation of women who value not only the everyday practicality of a trusted timepiece but also the extraordinary diamonds that define Harry Winston’s iconic jewellery collections.
The latest Harry Winston Emerald timepiece is an ode to femininity, with a dainty 18K white gold case and sophisticated double tour soft pink strap. Four pink sapphires and 108 brilliant-cut diamonds are set against mother-of-pearl in a timepiece that glows with the utmost fire and light.
Paying homage to Mr. Winston’s favourite diamond cut
The Art Deco lines of the white gold case echo the silhouette of Harry Winston’s preferred diamond cut – the emerald-cut – in a creative and contemporary way. When Mr. Winston founded his namesake brand in 1932, he began a tradition of acquiring important estate jewels, which he would then re-cut and re-set to allow the intrinsic beauty of each stone to prevail. For him, the emerald-cut was a particular favourite and became intimately associated with the jewels of the House.
The graceful eight-sided silhouette of the case and lugs are enhanced by 53 brilliant-cut diamonds. The emerald-cut motif is celebrated once again on the dial with 44 brilliant-cut diamonds accented by three pink sapphires at 3, 6 and 9 o’clock. Crowning the feminine dial, is an exceptional emerald-cut pink sapphire at 12 o’clock, a first for Harry Winston.
Beautifully practical
Designed to shine day after day, the Harry Winston Emerald timepiece is equipped with a precision Swiss quartz movement for seamless maintenance, and is water-resistant up to 30 meters. Both sophisticated and stylish, the pink satin strap wraps twice around the wrist and, because no detail is ever overlooked at Harry Winston, the ardillon buckle sparkles with a setting of 11 brilliant-cut diamonds.
