Paris is home to some of the most luxurious hotels in the world. When you think of luxury Parisian hotels the likes of Le Bristol, Hotel Plaza Athenee, and The Ritz instantly spring to mind. However, nestled in the centre of the Champs Elysees is a dark horse in the Parisian luxury hotel market.
Fraser Suites Le Claridge is a part of Frasers Hospitality group, famous for their luxury serviced apartments that provide a home-from-home to discerning travellers wanting more than just a hotel room. After an extensive refurbishment in 2014 Fraser Suites Le Claridge is befitting to it’s trendy location, with design-focused suites courtesy of interior designer Pascal Allaman.
Le Claridge has a strong history in Paris, having been built in 1914 and frequented by the likes of Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald, and Marlene Dietrich. The 110 suites provide a comfort not seen in most hotels, for even the smallest studio suites feature a kitchen, dining area, and beautifully big room. There is also complimentary Wifi for all guests.
The feel for the hotel is contemporary and boutiquey, and the location is perfect – a short walk from the main attractions, as well as being very close to the cities luxury fashion destinations. Alternatively Fraser Suites Le Claridge offer a limousine service should you not wish to walk.
Despite having no swimming pool there is an excellent fitness suite, and breakfast is served in the pretty central courtyard during the summer months. During winter there’s a cosy cafe with a wide selection of breakfast options.
The pièce de résistance though? The breathtaking views of the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower from the front suites.
2 Bedroom Suites at Fraser Suites Le Claridge start from €609 per night.
